Established the 22 Manjis administrative network, Baoli Sahib at Goindwal, and the principle of Pehle Pangat Phir Sangat.
Guru Amar Das Ji vigorously fought against the caste system and the practice of Sati, establishing equal spiritual rights for women and institutionalizing communal Langar.
